About me.
I like the quiet of the woods as much as the chaos of the city. I have traveled to 5 continents and over 30 countries. I love long plane rides and exploring the outdoors is a perpetual pastime. I know, without a doubt, that relationships are the pathway to peace. I believe building positive relationships with ourselves, with our community and our world is paramount to discovering joy and purpose in life.
After twenty years of non-traditional teaching throughout the world—including nearly ten years in American classrooms—I have developed a unique instructional method that uses relationships themselves as a keystone of learning:

Whether serving schools, businesses, organizations or yoga participants, I apply this model, which has resulted in real-world benefits time and time again.
I work with numerous companies and organizations including EPB Fiber Optics, Causeway, ReGenerations and The World Leadership School. I have conducted hundreds of educational and team-building workshops, incorporating global themes and sustainable practices to improve people’s lives at home, in the office and beyond. My experience also includes content development and copywriting for companies and schools.
While not working, I can be found exploring trails, rocks and rivers or anywhere that promises adventure.
