Bio

I offer human-centered coaching and consulting guiding growth-minded organizations and professionals through the change our world demands. With over ten years of corporate and educational facilitation experience, nearly a decade of classroom teaching and over fifteen years of intercultural immersion, my background is rooted in business consulting, executive support, education and global competency. 

I have developed and led workshops on Risk Management, Diversity and Inclusion, Effective Communication, Leadership Development, Social Entrepreneurship, Global Citizenship and Education for Social Innovation, among other topics. I am trained in Brené Brown's "Dare to Lead" curriculum, Design Thinking, Project-Based Learning and I am certified by ReGenerations in Generational Competency. I am also a fluent Spanish speaker and interpreter.

  • Between sessions, individuals and teams will have access to me via email or Voxer. I will answer your questions and comments as they arise within 24 business hours, (M-F, 9-5 EST)

  • Rates vary depending on the scope of support needed. 

  • Non-profit rates are available.

  • Additional support, including document development, is available upon request.
